Quad, trailer stolen

Olds RCMP are investigating the theft of a quad that occurred between May 28 and June 11 at a property east of Olds.

“The quad was parked in a farmyard, covered with a tarp, keys in the ignition,” said Cpl. Troy Byrt of the Olds RCMP.

The quad is a yellow 2008 Can-Am Renegade. Its Alberta licence plate number is WW 5567.

“It’s valued at about $12,500,” said Byrt.

A holiday trailer was stolen between June 8 and June 11.

It was parked in front of a lot in the Imperial Way district.

“It looks like somebody hooked up and left,” said Byrt.

The holiday trailer is a white and orange 1979 19-foot Prowler.

In both cases, people that have information on the thefts should call Olds RCMP.
