An Olds man was arrested on March 2 after child pornography was allegedly found on his computer.
“A computer was taken into an Olds computer repair shop,” said Const. Brendan Ward, Olds RCMP.
“As the computer was being repaired, child pornography was found.”
The computer is currently being analyzed by the Alberta Integrated Child Exploitation unit.
Landon G. Becker, 25, has been charged with possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography.
“Further charges may be pending,” said Ward.
Becker has been released on a number of conditions. He will make his first appearance in Didsbury court on March 14.
